Refund policy

 

College Connections cannot accept exchanges or refunds. If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. misprinted, etc.) we are happy to issue you a full refund to your payment method on file set up a replacement. 

We are not responsible for issues with shipping damages, and post office shipping issues, those issues should be brought up with the USPS

Wrong orders, Damages, and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make sure you are satisfied.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve resolved the issue, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
